Terms of Service

Disclaimer: Once my service is finished with you, I am not responsible nor obligated to help you fix any issues you've caused to your server, once my 3 day safety period is done it is your sole responsibility.

- My work around time is VERY dependent on what you want for your desired server. It can range from 1-2 weeks.
This can also add up if I have a large queue!- You are to provide half of your payment to me before I start, once everything is tweaked to your liking, the rest of the payment will be transferred over before Ownership is transferred to you.- Constant communication is required during the process, unless discussed before I accept your request.- Once the server is officially transferred over to you, I will be of service to assist 3 days after the transfer.
I call this the safety period, in case something goes wrong, something you have changed needs to be fixed, so on.- I do in fact do NSFW servers, however, some form of identification to prove your age is required.
You must be 18 or older to request this.- Refunds are not permitted once I have transferred your server to you!

Payment

Disclaimer: i am not responsible for misuse of credit/debit card information from a parental or guardian figure. Therefore, under said circumstances, I will not permit nor issue a refund and they will be added to my blacklist.

- Payment via Paypal, Ko-fi, or Cashapp only. (USD)- Refunds are not permitted after you explicitly approve the transfer process.- Refunds may be applied only if I am unable to finish your server, if there is an error with payment, issues on your end, or issues on my end.- I will only accept payment plans if it is discussed and agreed beforehand, or unless stated otherwise via social media post.
